Returns
- You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
