• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item.
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued via the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

• Wait for return approval and further instructions.
